What is the credit value of my qualification?

ICM qualifications involve completion of a number of units. Each unit is generally worth 20 credits. Thus, a qualification such as the ICM Certificate in Business Studies contains four units and is therefore worth 80 credits.

      Do you supply model answers?

We don’t, for a number of reasons. Firstly, all questions are based on a set text and the text will contain all of the information you will need. Secondly, with examinations being held four times each year, in up to 200 subject areas, it would be almost impossible to produce 6,400 answers each year!

However, past papers, for your revision purposes, are available in the Study Centre section for the previous four examination series.

Can I claim any subject exemptions?

It is possible, if you hold any recognised Award from another recognised Professional or Examining Board. The Exemptions Committee would require the following documentation before processing an application from you:

Photocopies of all certificates awarded, together with certified copies of your results. In some cases, you may be required to submit a copy of the syllabus for the Award you hold.

Upon receipt of your application, your request would be assessed. As soon as the Exemptions Committee have made a decision you will be advised in writing. You should always enclose a covering letter with your documentation and ensure that you have provided us with your current postal address.
