Dr. Alistair Somerville-Ford FTS [1]
ICM Chairman
In addition to his work with the Institute, Dr Alistair Somerville Ford is an international consultant specialising in the design, development and implementation of strategic plans to meet social inclusion.
Tom Thomas [2]
Chief Executive
Tom Thomas was appointed as ICM’s Chief Executive in September 2007. He joined the Institute from Southampton Solent University where he enjoyed an impressive career spanning four decades - most recently as Dean.
Lisa Gregory [3]
Human Resources Director
Lisa joined ICM in October 2007 as Human Resources Director. Formerly Head of HR for British American Tobacco’s (BAT) UK and Ireland operations, she has extensive experience in working with senior teams and in coaching executives during major change.
Steve Harris [4]
Director of Journalism and Media Programmes
An experienced journalist, broadcaster and lecturer with a career spanning five decades, he is perfectly placed to undertake the ongoing development of ICM’s new suite of media and journalism qualifications.
Peter Rounce [5]
Technical Development Manager
Peter Rounce is ICM’s Technical Development Manager, responsible for the implementation of new technology at the Institute, leading to a more streamlined business process and general organisational efficiency.
