Human Resources Director

Lisa joined ICM in October 2007 as Human Resources Director. Formerly Head of HR for British American Tobacco’s (BAT) UK and Ireland operations, she has extensive experience in working with senior teams and in coaching executives during major change. Whilst heading up the Management Development team at BAT, Lisa developed a suite of business-led management development programmes gaining external accreditation for the Leadership courses. She has also lectured on Professional Personnel Management Programmes in the UK University sector.

Lisa holds a Masters degree in Organisational Change and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. A trained Executive Coach and Career Counsellor, she holds a BACP Certificate and Diploma in Counselling Skills.

Lisa is accredited by the British Psychological Society and has significant experience in the use of a wide range of psychometric instruments, suitable for strategic applications such as mergers and acquisitions, culture change, organisational effectiveness and personal development.
